You find the Solar Plexus Chakra in the very centre of your body, just under the point in which the ribs meet the stomach. It has bright yellow colour. The mantra is Ram. This chakra regulates life energy in the body. It determines how productive you are. It is this chakra that can literally give energy and life to all your dreams by focusing and distributing your lower chakra energies to where they are mostly needed. The principal issues are will power and personal force. It is connected to pancreas and liver glands and to insulin and gall.

The spleen chakra manages skin, membranes and circulation. Associated word is virtue.

Its symbol is a ten-petal lotus.
